Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the unused adhesive products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Send your package to our Texas distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
